This 1-hour virtual home staging consultation includes a virtual 'walk through' with one of our certified Home Stagers who will help guide the client on how to best showcase the home for sale.
Prior to our appointment, we will ask for photos of the space so we can prepare for the appointment.
Our focus will be to create an inviting space for buyers in which they can envision themselves living in the home. We will address:
- what to remove / what to keep
- furniture arrangement
- decorating
- what to showcase and what to distract from
- cosmetic updates
- paint colors
- color scheme
and more!
After the appointment, we will provide the Homeowner with a custom priority report to include a comprehensive home staging guidance check-list.
All Virtual Home Staging Consultations start at $225 and includes 1 hour with our Home Staging Expert.
