We are an accredited Arizona home staging service company offering a wide range of services including home staging pre-listing consultations, vacant home staging services, residential redesign, shopping services and color consultations. We also offer styling services for luxury and short-term vacation rentals such as Airbnb and VRBO.
CC Home Staging and Design was founded in 2020 and is comprised of certified staging professionals who apply their understanding of current real estate market trends in order to elevate each homes perceived value and marketability. Regardless of price point, we believe that staging one’s house to sell serves as one of the greatest ROI’s, with many of our properties receiving well over and selling in shorter periods than their counterparts.
CC Home Staging and Design is a registered and insured Arizona company and proud members or RESA (Real Estate Staging Association). We are also certified in our craft as an SLS Certified Professional and Owner Occupied Specialists.
We currently serve the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, and east valley areas.

I established CC Home Staging and Design in 2020, leveraging over two decades of experience in the customer service field where I represented a prominent global automotive company in their Research and Development division. Recognizing my desire for a more personal and fulfilling endeavor, I embarked on a journey to create spaces that exude beauty.
At CC Home Staging and Design, we take immense pride in our approach, allowing the unique characteristics of each home to guide our projects and staging styles. Our objective is to infuse a personal touch into every staged home, ensuring a memorable and inviting experience for today’s discerning homebuyers.
Having developed a keen eye for interior design, I understand that most people do not possess the same visual perspective. I am acutely aware of the profound impact that staging and styling can have on a property. CC Home Staging and Design will provide an in-depth two hour walk-through of the property with the homeowner and provide recommendations to best position the home for sale. We touch on all matters including areas involving decluttering, neutralizing, paint colors if needed, defining spaces clearly and emphasizing the home’s key areas in order to highlight its best features.
This will leave you equipped to prepare the house and get it ready for listing on your own, should you choose to. If you would like additional help staging the property, we are there to help you as best as we can.
