Will you be living in your home while the listing is live?  That is considered an owner occupied home that would benefit from Owner Occupied Staging. 

Unlike with Vacant Staging, Owner Occupied Staging starts with what you have. 

Using just your furniture and decor, our certified and trained professional consultants will rework the space to create compelling marketing photos. 

The homeowner will receive a list of recommendations and may  decide to have the Home Stager return to provide Photo Prep services with or without staging enhancements such as art, accessories and decor.  

Furniture is available on request. 

A 2-hour on-site consultation with one of our certified Home Stagers who will help guide homeowners to best showcase their home for sale.

Our focus is to create an inviting space for buyers in which they can envision themselves living in. We will address:

  • what to remove / what to keep
  • furniture arrangement
  • decorating 
  • what to showcase and what to distract from
  • cosmetic updates 
  • paint colors
  • color scheme

and more!

If there is time left over and your homeowner is up to it - absolutely! We love it when the homeowner becomes part of the transformation process! We can also come back to finish staging once the homeowner has worked through our 'homework' list if they would like us to.

Absolutely! Our favorite kind of staging is when we don't have to bring anything at all!

Typically, the answer is yes. However, if the client has pets or small kids, we may be more selective about the pieces we will bring in. We offer shopping services as an alternative in that case.

When a homeowner would rather buy than rent the pieces they need to stage their home with - we can shop for them and return to style with their pieces in hand.

Occupied Home Staging Consultation

As Owner Occupied Consultation Specialists ®, CC Home Staging and Design will provide an in-depth two hour walk-through of the property and provide recommendations to best position the home for sale.  The focus is on the home’s key areas in order to highlight its best features.  

If we have time and the homeowner is willing, we will get started transforming the space right there. 

After the appointment, we will provide the homeowner with a  priority list and staging guidance with the option to return, if needed.
