Helping you get more for your real estate

home staging

Should i stage my vacant home?

Home staging is a must! Why? Because 82% of buyer’s agents say a staged home makes it easier for prospective buyers to visualize the property as their future home.

Empty houses can feel cold and unwelcoming. We take pride in personalizing the home and setting the stage to leaving a lasting, emotional impression for your targeted homebuyer, thereby increasing the quality of the offer.

Carefully selected furniture and décor will give the effect of an empty room looking larger, giving your homebuyer the confidence that their own furniture will fit in the space.

Frequently asked questions

The answer depends on several factors to include:

  • Location
  • Size of Home
  • Rooms to be staged
  • Luxury Level
  • How long do you want to keep the house staged for
  • Do we have direct access to the property

We dive deeper into this topic in our blog. The best way to find out how much it might cost is to fill out this questionnaire and we will provide you with a free preliminary quote.

For liability reasons, we do not,  however, we do accept payment by credit card.

We are registered, certified and insured.  Though certifications are not required for Home Stagers, we care about  the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in our field.

This commitment ensures that our clients receive top-notch home staging services, backed by our dedication to continuous learning and adherence to industry best practices.

We own our own inventory. If we do not have the right piece at the right time, given enough lead time, we will source and purchase it.

  1. First, we will ask you to fill out this easy questionnaire so we may create a preliminary quote.
  2. We will provide you with a list of options / rooms to stage so you can be in charge of the stage plan.
  3. If you would like to then move forward, we will schedule a property preview.
  4. Once the staging plan is finalized, you will be asked to sign a contract and submit payment in order to book and hold an installation date.  This usually happens about 2-3 weeks prior to the actual staging date, giving us enough time to plan for the install.
  5. Once we have processed your paperwork, you will receive a staging confirmation. We will check in with you routinely so we may prioritize your installation, should it need to be moved.
  6. We request to have the whole day to stage. Photographers should be scheduled for the day after or later.
  7. We request 10 days notice to destage the property.

Staging requires us to assume full control of the stage plan.

As our inventory is frequently updated, securing specific items for your installation date, along with a fixed design plan, incurs a design and hold fee.
