Vacant Staging for Market-Ready Homes
Unstaged Homes Sit Longer. And Sell for Less.
Leaving Your Home Unstaged Could Cost You Thousands.
Home staging is a must! Why? Because 82% of buyer’s agents say a staged home makes it easier for prospective buyers to visualize the property as their future home.
Empty houses can feel cold and unwelcoming.
Carefully selected furniture and décor will give the effect of an empty room looking larger, giving your homebuyer the confidence that their own furniture will fit in the space.
