Featured Project: Stunning home staged in chandler, az
Bright airy kitchen
The heart of this home is its spacious, light-filled kitchen. We highlighted its size and modern design by keeping the decor minimal, allowing the sleek lines of the cabinetry and the expansive island to speak for themselves. The neutral palette of beige and soft taupe pair beautifully with some of our favorite counter stools in our inventory, accented with matte black hardware, creates a timeless look. The pendant lighting with geometric designs also helped ground the room, offering a bold, modern touch that draws the eye upward, emphasizing the high ceilings.
Elegant Dining Space
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that combines comfort and style. The built-in shelves with patterned tile backsplash immediately give this space a focal point, while the geometric chandelier adds a touch of contemporary flair. We styled the shelves with a mix of textured baskets, neutral ceramics, and greenery to create a well-balanced look that feels both curated and approachable. The neutral upholstered chairs provide a soft contrast to the bold black table, tying the space together with a clean yet cozy aesthetic. We love pairing a space like this with these beautiful skirted captain dining chairs to pull it all together.
Thoughtfully Styled kitchen Nooks
We would love to take credit for this stunningly staged kitchen glass cabinet, but alas, the contractors were busy working on-site on the day we staged! All credit goes to the homeowner for stepping in and beautifully staging this space with elegant touches. The blend of gold accents, glassware, and natural greenery adds a polished yet personal touch to the kitchen, enhancing its inviting appeal.
Inviting living room
In the living room, we aimed to create a space that felt both expansive and intimate. This light beige sectional by Diamond Sofa is perfect for encouraging relaxation, while the complementary throw pillows in muted tones add depth and interest. We kept the color palette consistent with the rest of the home—using earthy neutrals to let the home’s architectural details shine. A striking black lamp serves as a contrasting piece, adding a modern touch to the soft, light tones throughout the room. The built-in shelves were minimally styled to avoid clutter, ensuring that the space felt open and serene.
